Sometimes an Aggie doesn't leave home. After graduating with a Bachelor's in Floriculture and a Master's in Horticulture from Texas A&M University, my husband and I made College Station, Texas, our permanent home. This town has been a wonderful place to raise children, be involved in the community and have a flower shoppe. Thirty years in business has provided many changes and challenges. However, the love of flowers and the zeal to teach others about their many benefits have been constant.
My favorite past time is enjoying the very active company of my five grandsons and their parents. You can be sure those little boys will be well-trained in the art of flower giving! Reading, gardening and antiques round out other limited actives.
I am very blessed to have a career in the gorgeous, vibrant, ever-changing floral business! Flowers are my passion, but people are the reasons.
